Bakishin Riser Ryu Premieres this July

It has been revealed that Miyagi's local hero, “Bakishin Riser Ryu” will get his own tokusatsu series that will premiere this July. The character was created to raise the spirits of children affected by the March 11 Great Eastern Japan Earthquake.
Bakishin Riser Ryu will air starting July 10th, with a "special edition" episode that will premiere on Miyagi Prefecture's TBC network during the Watchin! Miyagi news program on July 3rd.
The above video is Bakishin Riser Ryu Episode Zero which tells the story on the birth of the hero. As of writing, there's no confirmation as who will be playing the title character and the other cast.
Takayuki Miyauchi, popular with the classic tokusatsu theme songs from Choudenshi Bioman and various Metal Hero series, will be singing the Bakishin Riser Ryu's opening theme.
