With The Hole gone from Kyoto, Amanogawa became the focus of its Cosmic Energy. The Horoscopes shows up one after another. Meanwhile, an internet podcast, “Gene's Milky Night Carnival” recently became very popular.

As most of the club members have already heard about Gene, they decided to form a band with Kengo, Yuuki and Tomoko as their initial members. Furthermore, a fellow student who turns out to be a Zodiarts!
Episode 36: The Seriousness of a Song - 05/20
The Amanogawa High School morning broadcasting department suddenly airs Jean singing live which lead the teachers, along with the students, to begin having an odd behavior. Ryuusei and Gentaro begun to investigate.
Learning that JK is helping his Zodiarts' friend, he quits the Kamen Rider Club which shocked Gentaro. Kamen Rider Fourze must defeat both the Capricorn Zodiarts and the Zodiarts' song that has enraptured the school.
Episode 37: The Star Student Selection - 05/27
The faculty is holding an astronaut mock exam. In the hopes to get a special scholarship, Yuuki and Kengo are excited to take the test. Gentaro, seeing the other taking the test, took it as well. Later, passing students were called including Kengo, Tomoko and the student council president, while Gentaro and Yuuki failed!
Meanwhile, another transfer student from the US named Erin Suda arrives.
